We are expanding our team and have an opportunity for an experienced business services manager in our Newcastle or Maitland office.

About the role:

Working closely with the partners, you will lead and develop a team of professional accountants at various levels, supported by other managers.  You will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting and tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients throughout the Hunter Valley.

About you:

The ideal candidate should have experience in leading teams and delivering quality service to clients.  You will have the opportunity to work with a loyal client base from different industries, manage and collaborate with a skilled team of accountants at various levels, and engage with like-minded managers who share your passion for excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with a CA or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum of 6 years’ public accounting experience, including managing client relationships and supervising teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation, with experience in providing accounting advisory services to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
