This is an Accounting Manager role with a difference, integral to our specialty Hospitality Services team. This role is within a niche market sector where we are the market leader.

Utilise your extensive management skills  to provide exceptional advice to clients through the management of a client base, whilst providing essential leadership, training and development to our dedicated team who work within this space.

To be successful, you can demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in managing clients and teams in a public accounting practice
  • A highly collaborative approach with the ability to communicate across all levels
  • Adept at problem solving and the ability to prioritise, and assist team members in prioritising their workflow to meet client needs and deadlines
  • The ability to provide feedback, training, mentoring and support of team members in their learning and development across their career path

You may be able to bring a different level of commerciality to the role through your previous experience, we are open to that too!

We do things a little differently in this team, so being adaptable and being able to manage a cyclical workflow are essential.
